RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Thanks for shopping at Grammy’s Superhero Book Series website. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. You must be 18 years of age to purchase item (s) from this website.

Returns

You have 30-days to return any item (s) from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item (s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item (s) needs to have a return number or receipt of purchase. To request a refund number, send an email to grammyssuperhero@gmail.com. In the email, please include your name, date of purchase, purchase order number, and reason for return. Within two business days, a number will be assigned to your return. The return number and shipping instructions will be emailed to you.

Refunds

Once we receive the item (s), we will inspect it and notify you that your refund has been approved. We will initiate a refund to your credit card or original form of payment. You will receive the credit in 10 to 15 days based on your credit card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item (s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you receive a refund, any cost of shipping charged to us will be deducted from your refund.
